Bob was born in Tacoma, Washington at Madigan General Hospital on the Fort Lewis Army base there but grew up in Nebraska. Bob attended Omaha Creighton Preparatory High School, Kearney State College and Creighton University Law School before moving to Ogallala in 1987.
Bob has tried multiple jury trials over a career that began in 1987 in Ogallala and in the 28 years since that time has represented hundreds of clients in Nebraska, Colorado and, on occasion, other states. Bob has been an elected Representative of the Nebraska State Bar Associations House of Delegates for over 15 years and is a member of the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys. Bob is licensed in the Nebraska and Colorado State Courts, the Nebraska and Colorado U.S. District Court and the Eight and Tenth Circuit Federal Courts of Appeal which encompass all or part of Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, South Dakota, North Dakota, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, Utah and Wyoming.
COMMUNITY & FAMILY
Bob has been consistently involved in community activities. He broadcasted area sports on KOGA KMCX for 18 years, coached boys legion baseball for 16 years and girls high school basketball for 11 years, and directed the Front Street Crystal Palace Revue for 5 years. Bob has volunteered on a variety of civic and area projects and causes over the better part of 4 decades. He and his wife Sue have 5 children: Nichole, Brianne, Ryan, Liz and Maggie.
